Case numbering

Post by newandwondering »

ok I kind of understand the Case numbering system but I have a question. Case numbered using 4 numbers.
first number for the handle
second number for the number of blades
third and fourth for the model

I have a knife that is stamped BK254.

Can anyone tell me what the BK stands for?

Thanks

Sure its not B6254? In any case I'm guessing that BK would stand for slick black or jigged black composition.
