Patern 23107 dogs head?

The KA-BAR brand originated as a trademark of the Tidioute Cutlery Company. Tidioute was later taken over & renamed the Union Cutlery Company which continued making the brand until Union eventually adopted it as the company name in 1952. Cutco Corporation later acquired the company in 1996.

Patern 23107 dogs head?

Can anyone provide information on this knifes authenticity or have a cataloge image to share. The springs are flush and a trusted seller owns the knife.

Knife should have a can opener in the small end. I think the scales have been swapped from a dog head clasp knife, they used the same handle dies.
