KA-BAR Sausage Knife with Stainless Handle

The KA-BAR brand originated as a trademark of the Tidioute Cutlery Company. Tidioute was later taken over & renamed the Union Cutlery Company which continued making the brand until Union eventually adopted it as the company name in 1952. Cutco Corporation later acquired the company in 1996.

KA-BAR Sausage Knife with Stainless Handle

Post by Lama »

Found this one while sorting an estate lot from a New Jersey collection. I haven't seen this handle on a KA-BAR. Not that I've seen a lot of KA-BARs. It measures 4 5/8"

Yeah, thought I’d document here for others who might be researching the same knife. I do so with many of my knives before selling them.
