Looks like a model 161. In Sargent’s Premium Guide 7th edition the article by Brad Wood says that model first appeared in the Case 1934 catalog, and last appeared in the 1942 catalog. It was not in the 1949 catalog.
If you’re not already aware, dates for stamps used on Case’s fixed blades before 1965 do not match those used on their pocket knives. Someone here may have more info.

Sweet Case Outers knife. Several USA knife manufacturers made these back in the day, including Remington, Hammer Brand (NYKCo. and Imperial), Camillus, Robeson and Marble. Handy for skinning.
