Second knife is a fixed blade also overall length is 10” blade length approximately 4 3/4” Damascus blade no stamping on blade anywhere there is a JJ stamped or carved into end of horn handle??

My guess on the deer horn knife would be someone purchased a pre-made damascus blade (many are imported) and vary in quality and assembled a knife.
The second knife appears to have been made by a good custom maker although I could not locate information about the maker.

You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.
