Anybody know the make/model? There nothing on the handle. Blade says “440”. Some sort of image on the blade, but I can’t identify.

Picked this one up at a flea market recently. Liner-lock flipper.
Anybody know the make/model? There nothing on the handle. Blade says “440”. Some sort of image on the blade, but I can’t identify.
