Heller

Post by pearlgearl »

Hi I have a knife little coke bottle mop I am researching. It has no tang just a Heller etch on blade, I found a maker called Heller but they mostly did vet tools, But the Heller etch leads me to believe that it is not as old Heller from Goins which closes in 1930

Henry Heller was a friend of mine from Houston Tx. He made some very nice and refined knives as you can see from the folder you have. He met an untimely end while dove hunting in Tx. with knife friends some 20 years ago. Fell sick and had a heart attach. I still have a folder he made for me in the early 80's. Good guy.
