Newbie

Post by Dmax »

Hello all

I’ve recently found an interest in collecting knives and stumbled upon this site. All I can say is WOW. Lots of info and resources to view. My interest in knives started when I was a kid and my father gave me my first pocketknife (probably like a lot of folks here) and when he passed, I inherited a few of his which had a few of his dad’s as well. One of these days, I may attempt making my own, but for now I’m enjoying collecting and learning all I can.

Welcome to AAPK ::welcome:: ::welcome:: from east river SD.
We would love to see pictures of your knives. I have made 2 folders from scratch, a moose and a folding hunter. It's a LOT of work, but you will love the end result.

I grew up wearing hand-me-down clothing from my much older cousins.
I wish they had collected pocket knives!

Seriously, knives are great to inherit and great to hand down to the next generation.
