It’s just in such good shape it makes me question it , and the dull pot metal. Just curious if we have any experts that could inform me.

According to the web, RZM M7/13 is the mark of Artur Schüttelhofer & Co., Solingen. I used to have a chart of all RZM marks, and there were like 3 pages full of anyone who supplied items to the German troops.
