3.5 in. Coricama Stiletto blade needed

I have a cute little Coricama but the blade was butchered by the previous owner. I think a 3.5 would be correct

Measured protruding length of blade at 3.5. Total blade needed would be larger 4.0 in.

If you don't have any luck here, Smitty, Krieger makes a very inexpensive knife that looks identical to the Coric you showed.
You could also look at the inexpensive Milano stilettos cuz they have the same blades. Good luck!
