Found it in Anthony Carter's "German Knife and Sword Makers".
Maker is Gerbruder Jansen, Stahlwarenfabrik Solingen. The mark, a sea lion holding a scimitar, was registered in 1895. The company was founded in 1893 and specialised in pocket and pen knives. The business was owned by Ernst Jansen from 1900 to 1928. After 1930 this company was no longer listed in any directories.
