Mystery Italian Knife - Help Needed

"Figlie" means "Sons" in Italian. Maniago is a town in Italy known for knife making. Based on that, I would guess that "Delbena" is a surname. I don't see them listed in Goins' or Levine's books, so relatively obscure.
