As a new collector would it be wise to purchase some sambar stag knives? They seem to be pricier than others. Thank you .

I agree also. If you like stag and can afford to buy them then by all means do so. They key is “if you like them”. Don’t buy them because you think they’re a good investment. They may be, but they also may not. Values of most knives including stag do well to keep up with inflation. Values are subject to economics and popularity whims. The key to enjoying a collection is collecting what you enjoy. If you make a little profit over inflationary value along the way, consider yourself fortunate.
