Massachusetts Meetup?

Not sure if this kind of thing ever works out, or if there are even all that many ppl here from MA, CT, NH, RI, but anyone ever arrange a meetup? Maybe load up a roll of your favorites and meet up for lunch and some show and tell? Anyone ever interested in anything like that?

Also, the Mystic show is coming up in April so that'd be a good place to meet up too.
