Keen Kutter Mammoth Doctors Knife

I saw a picture of this knife the other day and it a nice looking knife. I have a Case Dr's knife and I like the size to carry. I would like to find one on the used market sometime but I am not sure how hard they are to find or what a fair price would be. I believe I read that they were made Bear & Sons in Alabama and there were a thousand made. I saw one here on the AAPK store that sold for around $100. Does anyone know if the Mammoth ivory was stabilized ( or is it all stabilized) ? Any information would be appreciated.

Here is a picture of one I found. I wonder if the mammoth ivory is this white on all of them?
