Anyone know what years Case used this style of opener?

From the late Case Tested era until 1978, when the 6445R was discontinued.

Thank you very much. The relatively newer age of the knife did not seem to match the older can opener style in my mind. I would not have thought that can opener type would have lasted into the 70’s.
