SCHRADE 108 OT W/ BRASS BOLSTERS

Post by Gunstock Jack »

I HAVE, IN MY MOTLEY COLLECTION, A SCHRADE 108 OT WITH BRASS BOLSTERS IN USED BUT EXCELLENT CONDITION. I'VE SEEN LOTS OF OLD TIMERS BUT NEVER ONE TRIMMED IN BRASS. CAN ANYONE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS UNUSUAL LITTLE STOCK KNIFE ?

not being incredibly knowledgeable about these things, the only Brass bolstered old timers I've seen are the "send away" offers from tobacco companies and whatnot (like these http://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kni ... t7676.html)

Aside from that, I've seen it said here and elsewhere many a time, you never know what might have come out of that schrade factory

THANKS FOR THE INPUT. LOOKS LIKE THE MASTER MAY HAVE BEEN REGROUND, ANYWAY, AS IT SEEMS A LITTLE SHORT. GUESS I WON'T RETIRE ON THIS ONE.
