Got a red stag whittler that is #27 of 50. It has an etch I don’t understand and it has Boker solingen on the pen blade. It’s a 1984. Anyone know if Boker made this knife for Goodwin and what the etch DCT stands for?

Re: Red stag question
I think the etch is for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. DOT with the state image passing through it.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
