SCHRADE switch blades...Hopeless??

SCHRADE switch blades...Hopeless??

Any hope for these two switch blades? The celluloid scales are crumbling and the blades have rusted shut. Anybody work on them.

They're not salvageable as such. Keep them away from any metal objects that you care anything about. If the metal parts of the knives are still good, remove the celluloid and clean the knives well. The knives could be recovered with something new.
