Identify MTech knife model number based on the photo

Anyone know what model number is the knife in the photo?
MTech knife. Bought in Newport Beach, CA December 2003.
The hinge parts fell off and I need the Model number in order for MTech to be able to identify the parts (bolt, washer, nut).
My attempt to fix the hinge with wrong sized parts is not a viable solution.

Hey Chief! First off, to AAPK! Now, your knife! I have a couple MTech knives in my collection but never seen this model. The pivot screw you're seeking appears to be one of those that's only slotted on one end, so when you turn the slotted side with a screwdriver the whole thing turns. I would think a similar screw would work, and I was told recently in order to overcome the turning issue you squeeze the closed blade in the channel as you turn the screw, and it will work. I haven't tried this myself but it's worth a try. Someone may be along with better information so keep checking back to this thread! Good luck!
