Late 1960's KA-BAR with filework and Elk stag...

The KA-BAR brand originated as a trademark of the Tidioute Cutlery Company. Tidioute was later taken over & renamed the Union Cutlery Company which continued making the brand until Union eventually adopted it as the company name in 1952. Cutco Corporation later acquired the company in 1996.

Late 1960's KA-BAR with filework and Elk stag...

Found this KA-BAR lockblade in very poor condition, so I took it home and added some bling plus elbow grease...
Montana Elkstag, black fiber spacer, filework, and removed 40 grit sandpaper scratches and deep dings from blade!!
