Case peanut handle question.

Post by DMLEATH »

Good evening! I bought a few Case XX 6220s at an auction that appear unused but do not have the box. They have some type of synthetic material for handles and I have looked on EBay and internet but haven’t found much about it. Is there a website where I could look at a 2006 catalog? I would like to know what this material is and what Case called these. Here are some pictures of a few of the knives. Thanks for any help you can give!

Search this forum for corelon and read the posts.

Thanks that is interesting reading- mine are 2001 and 2002 and are stamped 6220. It seems like from what I read that Case did not have Corelon handles before 2006 and Frost Cutlery or Michael Prater was rehandling these knives.
