Unknown tang stamp 2

Another one of my grandsons, stamp looks like a tanto knife with handle top right, what appears to be a ribbon hanging from the end. Sorry for the quality of photos, thanks for looking

Made in China.I bought the only one I ever saw with the oval gold sticker that says made in china.hope this helps
