Appears to be a Cuda Quick Action, but unfortunately, it appears to be one of the versions Acme produced in Asia after buying the rights to the Camillus name. They go for about $35-40 new, and best to my knowledge, are still being made.

I've been looking for an original, but they go for stupid money these days, even in awful shape. About a year ago, I bid $60 on a Moore Maker version, and it ended up going for nearly $100. It was very dirty, and the blade was heavily worn.
