Wards metal knife

I bought this just now, on my lunch break at the local antique shop. Wasnt much, but found it interesting. Montgomery Wards I presume. Haven't had much time to research it. Looks like several cutlery companies may have made knives for MW. Anyone have any further info on the old steely? Thanks. :) it has Wards and then underneath Made in USA. :)

Looks like that one was made by Utica for Wards.
