Help with solingen knife makers

I came across these 2 knives back some years and can't find who actually made the knives any help will be greatly appreciated

The Concord had a deer foot handle and it had little worms in it and the person who had it was throwing it away I got it removed the deer foot and put a beer horn handle on it

The Romo had plastic diamond beads around the handle the beads were broken and coming off I replaced it with leather lace
