Likely made in USA, but by which manufacturer ? Robeson ?

Eversharp was also a Baltimore manufacturer (?) and wholesaler of office items and mechanical pencils, staplers, etc. They sold small cutlery too. I’ve not seen a nice bone-handle like that one. Is it marked USA?

Look at the third picture; shows "U.S.A." on the tang.
