Let's see--cigar band, stag, no spoon. What's not to like?!!! Yes, having a spoon is handy, but soup+hobo (a Coghlan's model served me in Scouts; and also college) is a really bad mix. And it ruins the look.
The imported hobo Kabar offers now looks to be simply a generic design they slapped their name and tang stamp on. They seemed to have offered a LOT of generic China/Taiwan designs as Kabar back in the 1990s; and the Hobo is the only one still being made.
