auction picture
This is a framed picture from an on line estate auction near me. On the back it is dated July / 1968. It also has the maker of each knife. Kind of fun to see how many makers you can name. I didn't get many. I'll post the picture with the answers in a day or two.

The only ones I was sure of were the obvious ones - Randall No. 1 - Buck 120 - Grohmann Canadian.

I think there's also a Marbles Woodcraft and a
Marbles Ideal. Maybe I could identify more when I look at it on my computer screen instead of on my phone.

While I'm sure a lot are from custom makers, I think in addition to all of those mentioned above, at least one may be a Western.

Re: auction picture
The knife to the right of the Canadian appears to be a magazine subscription premium "Elmer Keith" knife. I also think there are two by Gil Hibben (note slanted brass pommels).

No and it also doesn’t mention if this is one person’s collection or just a staged photo. Some of you guys are sharp and nailed a of the hard ones. The year 1986 is a huge clue.

Here is what is on the back of the knife picture. That Elmer Keith was a great ID. I had never heard of that or knew they existed. Some of the others were more well known.
