Western USA trapper
Saw one yesterday at a gunshow. Jigged bone bareheaded 4 1/2" 2-blade trapper. Couldn't find it in "The Knifemakers That Went West' Anyone familiar with these? bruce/birdog

If you're talking about the pattern that Case calls the "farmers knife", ie., a slim trapper... my 1975 catalog shows they were still making that pattern, only with delrin handles. Obviously, jigged bone would be earlier ?
