Pocket knife repair

I have a pocket knife that belonged to my grandfather and it is in need of some repair. I don't think it's a particularly valuable knife but I remember him using it and would like to have it fixed. It looked like one of the pins had come loose and I made it worse trying to get it back in. Ideally, I'd like to have it cleaned up too but my priority is just the repair. I live in Denver, Colorado and haven't had any luck finding anyone nearby that can do it so I thought I'd check with the experts here. I'd also consider shipping it if anyone is willing to take on the job. Thanks!

The knife shown looks like it may be a shell handle, hard to tell. What brand does the tangstamp say it is? Most knife repairers dont work on shell handle knives as they are generally are not worth the effort.
