Looks like a worn out 32 pattern, aka “gunstock jack”. If so it should be 3-5/8 inches closed length. (When asking such questions it’s helpful to provide the length if you know.)

Might be a 6232 medium stockman if it's 3 5/8" closed. ::hmm::
