Boker Barlow

I got this today, it looked like a decent deal. I can't find a lot of info on it, just what shows up on EBAY.
When and whee did Boker make these?

Boker USA, Maplewood NJ (plant closed circa early 80's)....that one probably dates to 60's or 70's since it has delring handles. Similar barlows were made by Boker in Solingen after that.

Thanks for the 411! I knew Boker made knivesin Germany, and recently they have a Chinese version. I didn't know about NJ
