Factory Knives with changes

Hey All;
Ive been looking for a place to put these. Thought some might appreciate them.
The top one is unmarked WWII. Has new handle and brass guard.
Next down is USMC KABAR(Union Cut. Co.) New handle, probably from a downed A/C.
The last mil. is a EG Waterman(Commercial) wih a convoluted leather handle.
The last two are engraved BUCKS, A 501 AND A 110. The pics. do not do justice for the 110.

This is a WWII, of particular note is the writings on the sheath. This fellow got around. The knife is unmarked.
