Fishing knife maker?

Maybe someone has one of these and can ID who made this fishing knife. There is no tang stamp or markings. I am wondering if it may be a Queen, made during the years when they blade etched only? (none left now) As you can see, no handles, long pull, one liner broken. Since it has no rust on it, probably stainless steel.

Looks like it had celluloid handles at one time, so the liner damage prob'ly came from that. The scaler/disgorger looks quite a bit like an Imperial shell handle I have but..... The knife blade nail nick on mine is longer. Also the only ones I have with a knife blade stacked on top of the scaler is a Colonial and a Towika (republic of Ireland). So this is a long winded way of saying "no help here". Thanks

I'm guessing Ulster, they made one like that and often just had a blade etch no tang stamp.

Here’s a couple of Ulsters, one with a tang stamp and one without. Both have blade etching.

Definitely a victim of celluloid out-gassing.I would venture that the handles were likely the translucent yellow models that Case and KA-BAR loved to use.Could be an Ulster judging from the previous post. Strange how there is corrosion on the secondary blade;they are usually stainless as well.

Sorry, that is my bad picture that looks like corrosion on the secondary blade. There actually is none, more of a bad shadow on the picture. I think Jeff has probably hit it with the Ulster idea, if you compare the blade shape, pull, grind, blade etch with no stamping, and bolster shape it matches quite closely. Thanks to all you for your comments.
