Help With Case O59L Dot Pattern

Hello again guys. I've got a question about a little Case 059L. As per my last post, I'm not the ace of the base when it comes to knife knowledge.

I ran across this knife the other day and noticed the dot pattern. I'm a bit bamiliar with the dot system, but it has 2 dots under the logo and also has 1 dot above it. I was under the impression that the dots were always underneath the logo. Is there any significance in this? (See Pic) Thanks in advance.

Case used different patterns of dots for different decades. Look at the top of this page and press Research and you will find information there that will explain it. ::tu::
