Not sure where the knife was made but when I put “luyoudaoju” into my search engine I got a hit on a document written in Turkish, with “luyoudaoju” in the text. I’m with Ray, I think it’s probably an advertising knife. If there is no maker’s stamp on the tang of the blade you may never know who made it or where.

Welcome, Dartman...
As already stated, "luyoudaoju" seems to be Chinese, which has been translated into English as "lu you prop", which may be indicative to your knife being a novelty knife. Just a guess.

A Google search brings up multiple documents containing the word, "Luyoudaoju" and every one, when Google is asked to translate it, is either Turkish or Lithuanian.
If I sound the word out, using English pronunciations for the syllables, it does sound Chinese, but to me, it sounds more Vietnamese, a language with which I am somewhat familiar.
But, Middle European languages pronounce certain letter combinations differently than English, so I'm not exactly sure we really know how the word is pronounced.
For example, in Czechoslovakia, Brezewski, a very good friend's last name, is actually pronounced, "Brenchefski".
