Schrade question

HI

I am not a Schrade collector but I found something that I want to give to a good friend. I wanted to know if it was good deal or not. The knife is a Schrade Walden NY USA. Number 163 but with a serrated blade. Excellent shape with wood handles. I see nothing out there in web land with it with a serrated blade. ANy thoughts????

that was called the wonder edge, it is a rope knife serrations work great for cutting rope.

I don't know if this is a Schrade or not;the name has been ground off the tang.Looks to be a second because of the unique blade.I don't recall ever seeing a 4 blade utility with a SERRATED sheep foot blade.The serrations aren't cut perfectly so that may be why it was "seconded".
