Looks to be about a 3" long pen knife with a set of bone covers.
I am trying to figure out this tang stamp.....
It might be partly cut off but..... well...... I don't know.
What y'all think? Sorta looks like PAL...???

I just found this knife and fished it in.... (sellers pics shown below)
