Morning Scripture

This scripture was in my email this morning.
When I read it, the first few words hit me in a powerful way.
.
"But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure;
then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit,
impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness."
James 3:17-18 (NIV)

God's wisdom is PURE..... think about that!
To me, that says there is NOTHING in God's wisdom that has even the smallest flaw.If we strive to follow His word and His wisdom, we can trust that it is PERFECT!
We can look at the wisdom of this world and know it is nothing but filthy rags in God's eyes.
I am SO glad God has me in His will and that I have His word for a pattern for my life.

Just adding another Amen but with a comment. I've heard some pastors refer to the Book of James as the "Proverbs of the New Testament".

Here's the same passage of scripture from the KJV...
"17: But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
18: And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace".

You can pick just one quality and just sit and think about it.....
