Schrade 61OT Slim Stockman

Post by Jeffinn »

Just finished up this nice slim stockman. It's the first one that I've worked on. I like the size and it feels pretty good in the hand. No shield on this one, I just didn't like the looks of the stock Schrade oval shield on this particular bone. Dual threading on the bolsters (I know I do this alot but I like the looks of it).
This batch of amber bone has a really nice color to it. And the RV pattern is nice looking too.

Jeff the bones look great, the bolsters set it apart and what a great knife. Excellent. You make me repeat myself with each new knife. ::nod:: ::nod:: ::tu:: ::tu::

WOW.... EXTRA NICE!
Yep, the color and jigging is great! Culpepper hit a home run on with that batch of bone.
The bolsters are killer!
Great Job as usual Jeff.

The 61 (& variants) are my favorite stockman pattern of pretty much any brand! Love a slenderino!

Beautiful work as always Jeff! I really like that bone pattern and your wood display stand is pretty cool too! ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu::

The bone and the bolsters together make that one look great.
