Honest ebay seller!
This may not be the correct forum for this item, but on the other hand, this forum could use some good news. Last night, I questioned ebayer 2sharp2touch about the "genuine pearl" handles on a Bulldog baby sunfish he had listed. Within an hour, he replyed admitting making a mistake & relisted 2
knives with the correct (celluloid) handles. I was so impressed, I actually bid on one of the knives although I really don't want any more celluloid in my collection!
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.

my big peeve, is when a seller lists a case knife as a 10 dot version but it only has 9 dots. how hard is it to count the dots???? just this morning i saw an auction for a case 10 dot moose knife but in the picture i could only make out 9 dots so i emailed the seller nicely and asked them if they were sure if it was indeed a 10 dot because i could only make out 9 in their picture and they emailed me back before the auction ended and said, that they had sold several 10 dot knives and that one was in the bunch and they just ASSSUMED it was a 10 dot knife and that they would double check...........never gave me an answer if it was or not but im pretty sure it wasnt and worse, they never revised the auction to state it wasnt before the auction ended....... shotty way to do buisness if you ask me. the person had 100 % positive feedback so i expected more from them than just a guess in the description and no answer to my question. it may not seem like that big of a deal to some, but to someone who collects and is looking for a 10 to add to their collection, it might just be a big deal especially since it sold for over 100.00.
anyway, i have one in my collection and wasnt going to bid anyway, but did see the auction and possible mistake and it just IRKS me that the seller gave me no answer and worse than giving me no answer, they may have sold the buyer a knife that they wasnt looking for.
