Older Congress knives, any condition, just want them for users.

Any knives that appear to be handmade with an arrowhead stamp in the blade or tang, these could include bowies, or smaller neck knives and hunting knives, any condition.

Im just asking a Question of you since you seem to have a lot of knowledge and Im not just blowing up your skirt either. I found a little knife really small with 8 blades and most wont open. I'd like to know what type of tools would you suggest to get this one a part.
