Hi all, after a lot of time here again.
Any info for this folding?...

Looks to be a sailors knife. Not the exact knife...but a review and info about a sailors knife from same company.

Relatively new commercial rigging knife. Marline spike, main blade and the blade that is still folded is for opening a shakle.

Interesting looking master blade shape.I suppose it was designed like that to make it easier to open if you were wearing gloves. As for striking the spine("batonning")to cut through a line I would hesitate to do so for fear of closing up the opening loop.
