Tony Bose in hall of fame

Post by ObsidianEdge »

Just a heads up that Tony Bose, and Mel Pardue, have been inducted into Blade Magazine's Hall of Fame. Well deserved for both.

Tony has helped a lot of knifemakers over the years and willingly shared his patterns and knowledge to anyone that is interested. He's a great guy with a great sense of humor, and he's pretty danged good at building traditional pocketknives. He started out making knives on a picnic table in his yard using a small electric grinder. Congrats!

Good on them. ::tu::

I came across a Mel Pardue knife in an Alabama flea market a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was appropriately priced. ::facepalm::
