I picked up this interesting well-built knife at a local gun show over the week. Celluloid handles with dragon motif. Main blade, saw and scissors marked STAINLESS on tang. No other markings I can discern. Seller suggested post-war Japan made. Any thoughts on this to verify?

I cannot help with identification, but I think it is a very neat looking, unusual design. OH

The very neat dragon does suggest Japan and early post WW II is my guess as well.
