BUCK 110 FOUNDER'S EDITION

Post by MITCH RAPP »

8) If there's any Buck Guy's out there, Wally World is selling the annual Buck Founders Edition knife. This year it's the 110, with a mirror polished blade and Alfred C. Buck etched on it. They come in a gift tin and they are going for an even 30 dollars. I put two of them in the shopping cart when my Wife wasn't looking. The Rosewood handles range from light to very dark. So I had to have one of each. ::nod::

P.S. Still Made in the Good Old U.S.A. ::tu::

Mitch, is yours one with, or without the year stamp? Both versions are floating around out there.

Useem; The one's I bought don"t have the Year stamped on them. If the Wally World where you live doesn't have them, you can go on line to "Walmart.com", they have them listed as "In Stock" ::nod::

Just for reference, here is the tang stamp that these "should" have.

If you find one that has a regular Buck 110 date code, instead of this, it's the "off" ones.

I had been looking for one of these for about three weeks before Xmas, stores around east PA and West NJ, nothing. Finally I went on line to order it just in case they ran out all together. Luckily enough mine has the good stamp also. ::tu:: Thanks for posting that info, Bear Claw Chris Lappe.

These are now marked down in the stores to $21.00 each if you can find them, took a quick stop into a store on rte 309 N in Montgomeryville PA, they still have some if anyone is local.
