Tiny celluloid fob/keychain knives

Another question for the experts, the top row are all, shell handled,steel liner, hammer brand and imperial 1950s thru 70s, the second row are all high quality nickel silver bolster brass liners, the one with the shield is a pinned shield, blades have crisp snap, the celluloid is slab and pinned, fit is very good if i guessed I'd say 1930s or earlier ,any Idea to the maker? None have tang stamps, either worn away or where never there. Really well made ,any ideas?

FWIW, three out of four of my little celluloid babies are Richards. They seem to have done a lot of tiny knives.

Imperial made some very solid knives early on. Those four knives could be Imperials too.
