What was the last year Case made a Hawbaker special?

It was discontinued in 1982. However there was a “limited edition” 50th anniversary commemorative run of 1000 knives with stag handle covers in 1988. These came with blade etches and in a special clamshell-type box. May have been re-introduced again at some time however - I can’t keep up with all the re-introductions and “vault releases” they do nowadays (nor do I try to).

Certainly not exactly the same, but Case did collaborate with Tony Bose to issue a muskrat that would have been a similar configuration. This was a 2004 issue.
