I only have a few old ones, they seem hard to find in good condition but I pick one up when I can.
This one has nice jigged bone handles
Show 'em if you got 'em

The Strawberry bone one might not be as "Old" as Dimitri was intending, but it's pre-1960.
The pearl is pre-WWII.
The three blade pearl is not the typical pattern for "Doctor's Knife", but it is a physician's pattern with flexible spatula blade for blendinding compounds or sorting/counting pills and tablets, a corkscrew for opening old medicine bottles and a pen blade. It predates 1900 and was made for Millard Robeson in Germany.
